Mary and I wanted to thank you for training us (and our two dogs)! We are very pleased with their response and their good behavior. They are happier - rarely do we have to say "no "or "bad dog " - and we no longer worry that they will misbehave. Our investment in training was well worth it.

We want to say again that we were very impressed with the extent of your knowledge, your desire to get results and your concern that our dogs not suffer fear or discomfort during the training process. As you know, we are clinical psychologists trained at Stanford University. We like to think that makes us good judges of competence, professionalism and trustworthiness - all qualities we saw in you. . It was easy to see how you applied sound psychological principles to your training. We were pleased to learn so much from you about how dogs think and how to design a step-by-step training sequence that was easy for the dogs to learn.

In addition, it was a significant benefit to have you available for questions that came up during and after our training period. Your suggestions helped us select our electronic dog fence, and your later visit to our home helped us decide how to train the dogs to stay in and out of specific areas when people visited. It\'s great to know we can call you if a new problem or question comes up and reassuring to know that your recommendations will be based on a personal knowledge of our dogs temperaments and home environment.
